Castleapps Motte Office CHM Project File UtilityMotte is a small utility that makes it easy to use Microsoft Word and Visio for creating HTML based content that can be incorporated into CHM documentation generated through Microsoft’s HTML Help Workshop. What do you use Motte for?Motte was created so Microsoft Word and Visio can be used to easily create HTML content that will work with Microsoft’s HTML Help Workshop. With Motte, an average Office user can create documents in Visio or Word, save these pages as HTML pages and then incorporate these pages into the Help Workshop. Without Motte, the hyperlinks in Visio HTML pages have to be manually fixed to work without the additional Visio navigation files. To use Motte, documents are saved as HTML web pages from Office. Motte will then convert and fix the hyperlinks in the HTML files while also creating a suitable Help Workshop project and content file. Once Motte has converted the files, you simply compile the project file created by Motte using Microsoft’s Help Workshop.
